HOME STAGING
FURNISHED RESIDENCES
Re believes that staging makes all the difference so that universally buyers can imagine themselves living there.
We pride ourselves on staying GREEN by reimagining the rooms in your home through the utilization of existing furniture and decor with the addition of a few accessories. This helps keep money in the seller’s pocket without compromising on beauty and results.
OUR PROCESS
Walk Through
We will have a virtual consultation or an on-site walk through to access each space in need of staging. We’ll review what resources you already have access to so we can create a compilation of recommendations.
Recommendations
During this stage we will review Re’s recommendations for the existing furniture and decor items in your home - essentially what should stay/move and what should be removed from the premises.
Execution
Finally, we will create a task list that includes how the project will be managed. This will detail the responsibilities of the Re team and what the client can complete without assistance.

“Jill was a huge help to me in getting my condo ready to put on the market. With only 1,000 sqft to work with, I was at a loss of what to do with my oversized furniture to make the unit look larger. Within minutes of arriving, Jill surveyed my condo and made excellent suggestions about how to stage the furniture, and enhance the color scheme and decor. She showed me inexpensive and easy ways to maximize my space and make my condo look fresh and clean.
In particular, I needed suggestions on how to remodel my bathroom. She sent me links to multiple glass shower doors of varying styles and price points to replace my curtain rod. She also suggested a different style mirror to make the space look bigger. It did the trick!
In all, Jill helped me navigate what initially felt like an overwhelming project and made it more manageable. She is easy to get in touch with, responsive and isn't intimidated by a challenge. I'd highly recommend her services.”

“I met Jill while I was clearing things out in order to put my house on the market. By chance, she came to to pick up a dining room table I had listed and we started talking about how she was going to rehab it. After a few minutes, we discussed my plans to list with Redfin, in order to save a little money, and before you know it, I gave her the listing based on her confidence in staging and getting it sold.
I will admit, I wasn't a believer in staging, but agreed and Jill got to work on her vision the very next day. She worked really hard to get my house cleared out and decorated, while I was doing the necessary repairs she recommended. Within 40 days of meeting her, my house was done, photographed, listed and sold.
I would highly recommend hiring Jill to not only stage your home for sale but also to represent you in the selling process. It does make a difference!”
